The mould

                                                                                                                             The mould

Now we have a look at the mould. Usually it has two means. In the one hand, molds (or moulds, see spelling differences) include all species of microscopic fungi that grow in the form of multicellular filaments, called hyphae.[1] In contrast, microscopic fungi that grow as single cells are called yeasts. A connected network of these tubular branching hyphens has multiple, genetically identical nuclei and is considered a single organism, referred to as a colony or in more technical terms a mycelium. In the other hand, Mould is a type of fungus. It grows on surfaces in masses of branching threads which resemble dense cobwebs. The fertile threads which produce spores (minute reproductive cells) often stand up from the surface into the air to release their spores. Spores are carried by air currents or by adhering to insects or animals. Active mould can be any color, depending on the species and what it is growing on.

Certainly we talk about the first one. It is used to produce many products. When you create a product, you must do a mould of that. It is very important process. In fact, molds do not form a specific taxonomic or phylogenetic grouping, but can be found in the divisions Zygomycota, Deuteromycota and Ascomycota. Although some molds cause disease or food spoilage, others are useful for their role in biodegradation or in the production of various foods, beverages, antibiotics and enzymes. Then we have a look at the mould door.

The mould door basically includes two types-- Moulded DoorĄ˘Molded Door. They do have litter differences. We always concern about the novelty products. Above is news about this one:

Craftmaster Door Introduces First Flat-Panel Molded Interior Door

CHICAGO -- To provide home builders and remediless with an interior door option that is as classic as it is modern, CMI will introduce the CraftMaster® Crossmore™ – a new flat-panel door with an elegant, smooth finish – at the 2008 International Builders' Show in Orlando, Florida. Inspired by design trends in today's kitchen and bath cabinetry that reflect growing consumer preference for simple, straight lines, Crossmore features two, long flat vertical panels positioned symmetrically beneath a flat, square header.

The first in a new series of CraftMaster Interior Doors, Crossmore embodies design elements of traditional Craftsman architecture and beautifully simplistic Mission-style furniture dating back more than 200 years, yet its modern design is equally popular today. "The flat-panel door design is a classic look that offers authentic style and old world charm, while also appealing to a broad range of home styles and design tastes," says Bob Merrill, CMI president and CEO. "Compared to raised-panel doors that have tried to replicate this style, the Crossmore design is based on advanced molded door technology that allowed us to create an authentic, flat-panel door. It is a beautiful door that is also highly affordable and durable."

Beginning in spring 2008, Crossmore doors will be available in standard 6'8" and 7'0" heights and in passage widths from 1'6" to 3'0" in solid core construction. Bifolds will be available for most standard openings from 2'0" to 6'0".Like all CraftMaster Interior Doors, Crossmore is made from molded, high-density fiberboard to resist shrinking, cracking and joint separation. All doors are available primed and ready to paint. The portfolio of CraftMaster Doors includes an extensive collection of molded doors, wood doors in a variety of designs and species, and mirrored doors.

Seeing from the news, we can know the today’s mould door need innovation to appeal the eyes of customers. Crossmore door is only a example. Now I have some new products to introduce.
