Anti Corrossive Lining
Elasto Polymer Processors is a fully equipped and established company undertaking the jobs for manufacturing of various Fiber Reinforced Plastics equipment using modern manufacturing process under the control of qualified engineers and technicians. Elasto Polymer Processors undertakes the manufacturing at their well laid works or at the job site as per the requirements. One of the activities of Elasto Polymer Processors is to provide anticorrosive lining using the materials like Polypropylene (PP), Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC), Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP), Fiber Reinforced Bisphenol (FRB), Fiber Reinforced Vinyl Ester (FRVE).

These lining are particularly used to protect the metallic vessels against corrosion due to acidic or alkaline reactions in the chemical storage tanks, rotating equipment, reaction vessels, filters, ducts and scrubbers. The total engineering support is to be provided to the customer for the selection of material for the lining.

PTFE And Fluoroplastic Lining
PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) nonstick coatings are two-coat (primer/topcoat) systems. These products have the highest operating temperature of 290 deg C, an extremely low co-efficient of friction, good abrasion resistance and good chemical resistance.

FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) nonstick coatings melt and flow during backing to provide non-porous films. Maximum use temperature is 205 deg C. PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) offers additiobnal benefits of higher continuous use temperature of 260°C

ETFE is a copolymer of Ethylene and Tetrafluoroethylene. ETFE has an excellent chemcial resistance and can operate continously at 150 deg C. This resin is the toughest of the fluoropolyemrs and can be applied at film builds upto 1000 micrometers to provide a highly durable finish.

Applications
